• Data Isolation: Any data you upload remains isolated within your specific instance. There is no way for data to cross-contaminate between different customers’ instances.

Absolutely. Your intellectual property (IP) is well-protected when using Equator LDI:

• Exclusive Model Set: The model set is built exclusively on the data within your specific instance. This ensures that your data is not used to train any global models or datasets.
• Data Isolation During Interactions: Questions and responses created while interacting with our content discovery tool remain isolated to your instance.

Equator LDI uses OpenAI API for the content discovery (file search) feature. The OpenAI API does not train on customer data by default. OpenAI has stated that their goal is to build helpful AI models while maintaining high privacy standards, including:

• Focused Training: They use training data to help their AI models understand and respond to language, but they do not actively seek out personal information.
• No Personal Profiling: They do not use public information from the internet to build profiles, advertise, target individuals, or sell user data.
